Sreejith & Aakriti

Sreejith and Aakriti’s wedding is truly a friends-to-lovers story straight out of a romantic novel. Right from the start, their journey has been captivating at every turn. Although they went to the same college, fate had other plans—they never really crossed paths back then.

However, it wasn’t until years later, through an unexpected reconnection, that their bond truly began to form. What started as a simple friendship eventually blossomed into something deeper, built on trust, shared laughter, and countless meaningful conversations. In essence, their story serves as a reminder that love often emerges unexpectedly.

But does it end there? Not at all—in fact, it gets better. As it turns out, Aakriti is Punjabi and Sreejith is Malayali, making it a celebration of love and cultures.

Together, their wedding reflected this blend of traditions, values, and experiences. Set against the serene backdrop of Ramada Resort, where every detail was thoughtfully planned.

Interestingly, Aakriti, who grew up watching traditional North Indian weddings, found herself drawn to the simplicity of the Kerala wedding rituals.

And not surprisingly, she embraced the experience,  like a duck to water.
